Counter Parts Specialist – Hudson, NH
Ahearn Equipment is growing, and we’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-driven Counter Parts Specialist to join our team full time in Hudson, NH! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and staying hands-on in a fast-paced parts environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support customers in person, over the phone, and digitally to find the right parts
- Use multiple systems and vendor relationships to locate and order equipment parts
- Process orders, manage inventory, and handle cycle counts
- Keep the parts department organized, stocked, and running efficiently
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a parts department (construction, equipment, or similar preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability
- Someone who takes pride in customer service and teamwork
